PennDOT District 6 says contractors recently installed the main structure of the Old Lincoln Highway culvert replacement project. With the structure in place over a branch of the Neshaminy Creek in Bensalem, the final phase of the project is underway which includes reconstructing the roadway and installation of guide rail. This project, which began in June 2018, is expected to be completed during the week of December 10.
