Weekday Lane Restrictions Scheduled Through The Remainder Of August On Several State Highways In Bucks County For Resurfacing Operations

PennDOT District 6 has announced that weekday lane restrictions are scheduled on three state highways as part of a project to repair and resurface 44 miles of state highway in Bucks County. The work schedule is as follows but is weather dependent:

  • Monday, August 13, through Friday, August 17, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Park Avenue/Ferry Road between Route 152 (North Main Street) and Old Easton Road in Chalfont Borough, and New Britain and Plumstead townships, for milling and paving operations.
  • Monday, August 13, through Friday, August 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Route 152 (Main Street/Limekiln Pike/Hilltown Pike) between East Butler Avenue and Mill Road in Chalfont Borough, and New Britain and Hilltown townships, for milling and paving operations.
  • Monday, August 13, through Friday, August 31, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Hilltown Pike between Route 152 (Limekiln Pike/Hilltown Pike) and Callowhill Road in Hilltown Township, for milling and paving operations.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur.
