Our Community Traffic Safety Program was proud to partner with Pennwood Middle School of the Pennsbury School District for a “Walk, Bike And Roll To School Day” on May 6.
Students that participated received free safety stickers, water bottles and safety helmets if needed.
“Walk, Bike And Roll To School Day” is a national initiative that invites participants to celebrate the joys of active commuting while building a sense of community, safety, and school spirit.
“When a school community comes together for “Walk, Bike & Roll to School Day” it’s a positive step toward healthier habits, safer streets, and stronger connections that carry into the every day lives of students, parents, teachers and the entire community,” said TMA Bucks deputy director David Walter.
