PennDOT has announced that Upper Tinicum Church Road bridge over the Swamp Creek in Tinicum Township, Bucks County will be closed between Perry Auger Road and Uhlerstown Road on Wednesday, June 29 and Thursday, June 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for bridge deck and wall repairs. The bridge will also be closed Tuesday, July 5 through Friday, July 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
During the operation, Upper Tinicum Church Road through traffic will be detoured over Geigel Hill Road, Durham Road, Route 611 (Easton Road) and Marienstein Road. Local access will be maintained up to the construction. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.
