State Representative’s Shelby Labs and Perry Warren provided a State Transportation Committee update to our members, partners and stakeholders at our breakfast event on September 29 at Northampton Valley Country Club.
Labs and Warren discussed the current state of transportation funding with the sunsetting of ACT 89 funding and some of the biggest obstacles to the establishment of sustainable state funding for both highway and public transportation.
They also took questions from the audience and asked for suggestions on ideas they can bring back to the committee for a larger discussion.
Labs represents the 143rd Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives while Warren serves the 31st Legislative District.
