SEPTA says that late night/early AM transfers on the Route 14 bus to Neshaminy area stops is restored as Route 130 bus trips between Newtown and Frankford & Knights will connect to the Route 14 at bus stops on Rockhill Road and at the Horizon Business Center between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Normal routing will be in effect at all other times.
