SEPTA will be holding a Langhorne Station Area Concept Open House on March 23 in Penndel, Bucks County!
The Langhorne Station Area Concept (SAC) examines opportunities and constraints associated with SEPTA-owned properties and proposes a vision for potential joint development while preserving Regional Rail service and commuter parking.
It will serve as the foundation for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for joint development under the TOC initiative. SEPTA is dedicated to a transparent, community-driven process to identify a joint development partner for a long-term property lease.
