New Britain Township has announced that Sellersville Road will be closed indefinitely between Brook Lane and Walden Way due to the deterioration of the twin piped culvert located near Brook Lane.
The culvert is scheduled to be repaired this year. The Township has no definitive timeline at this time for completion. The contractor is waiting on PECO to conduct some pole re-locations before a start date can be set.
Detour signs are now in place for the 24-hour detour that will direct traffic to Township Line Road, Walters Road and New Galena Road.
