Quakertown Borough Complete Streets Project Update To Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce

TMA News | November 20th, 2025

Our executive director Steve Noll and project coordinator Nicole Rodowicz recently had the opportunity to present on our “Quakertown Borough Complete Streets” project to the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce at its November “Coffee & Convos” event.

This project, which is funded through the DVRPC Transportation and Community Development Initiative (TCDI) grant, seeks to work toward recommendations of specific elements of Complete Streets within Quakertown Borough’s problem corridors by developing recommendation and implementation strategies that may then be advanced as projects for appropriate future funding opportunities.

Our staff provided an update on the project to all attendees and how they can assist TMA Bucks moving forward with the project.

The overall goal of this initiative is to supply the municipality with valuable information in the form of recommendations from TMA Bucks, law enforcement, school district, and the community that will help propel them to take action and to implement the recommendations. Through recommendations of elements of Complete Streets planning, streets will assure improved safe access for all users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists, regardless of age, ability, income, race or ethnicity.
