We recently held a SEPTA Travel Training event at the Bucks County Community College Bristol campus for the Bucks County Center for Independent Living where over 100 students from high schools all over Bucks County learned the ins & outs of riding SEPTA public transit.
Trained SEPTA ambassadors and occupational therapists were on site with a SEPTA bus to explain to students and staff the basics of riding SEPTA.
Students were able to learn how to board the bus safely, how to use SEPTA Key cards as their fare, proper bus etiquette and how to navigate specific bus routes. Students also had the opportunity to ask several questions.
If you would like to schedule a SEPTA travel training for your school or organization please contact TMA Bucks project coordinator Ashley Sulon at ashley@bctma.com.
