SEPTA has announced that the August 2019 schedule change for Regional Rail service reflects the completion of the Southwest Connection Imrovement Program for 2019. The Media/Elwyn, Wilmington/Newark, and Airport Lines will return to regular rail service. There will be changes in time & adjustments to service for all Regional Rail lines.
