New Hope-Lambertville Toll-Supported Bridge Rehabilitation Project Bucks County Open House

Road Work Updates | June 6th, 2023

The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission says an open house is scheduled for Bucks County where the public can get a sense of planned construction, travel impacts, and other aspects of a 2024 rehabilitation project for the nearly 120-year-old New Hope-Lambertville Toll-Supported Bridge.

The open house session for Bucks County will be Wednesday, June 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the New Hope-Lambertville Toll Bridge
Maintenance Garage (2492 River Road, New Hope, PA).

The open house will consist of viewing stations where the public may speak with members of the project design/engineering teams, ask questions, and provide comment. The sessions will consist of visual displays depicting general existing conditions, the major project tasks, an updated project schedule, anticipated travel restrictions and impacts, the sequencing of work stages, and information about a programmable LED architectural lighting system that would be installed on the bridge as part of the project.
