Amazon recently recognized our TMA Bucks Foundation as a recipient of the Amazon Bucks County Community Fund, a community grant program supporting local initiatives in Bucks County.
We will receive funding for our Silver Lake Traffic Garden project where we will install a traffic garden at Silver Lake Park in Bristol Township which is a small, educational facility with miniature roads, traffic signs, and intersections where young children learn safe biking, walking, and traffic safety skills.
“We are incredibly excited to bring this project to life and grateful to the Amazon Bucks County Community Fund for helping make this project possible,” said TMA Bucks and TMA Bucks Foundation executive director Stephen J. Noll. “This unique educational space will give young children the opportunity to learn and practice important biking, walking, and traffic safety skills in a fun, hands-on environment. We look forward to creating a resource that will help build safer habits and stronger safety awareness among Bucks County’s youngest residents for years to come.”
