Our Community Traffic Safety Program recently distributed free bicycle safety helmets to students in need at Quakertown Elementary School of Quakertown Community School District at their “Back To School Ice Cream Social Event” on August 24.
The free helmet distribution was made possible by a mini grant through Safe Kids Pennsylvania
