Where Do You Want Electric Vehicle Charging Stations In Bucks County Webinar

May 13 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

| Free

Join us and the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission for our next webinar!

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has asked DVRPC to collect community input on potential use cases for publicly funded electric vehicle charging stations, commonly referred to as electric vehicle service equipment (EVSE). Through this outreach effort, Bucks County residents and businesses will be able to identify locations or communities where they would like to see publicly available EVSE. These locations could be along transportation routes, in specific neighborhoods or commercial districts, or other locations.

This outreach will help planners identify and prioritize EVSE use cases and locations if or when funding becomes available or when state, local, or county governments invest in publicly accessible EVSE.

PennDOT has submitted a Community Charging Phase Plan for the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Should that plan be approved, your input will help PennDOT prioritize how those funds will be spent in the suburban Pennsylvania counties in the DVRPC region.

DVRPC staff will present at this webinar to further explain the survey to help collect public input.
