SEPTA’s Transit Oriented Communities Guidelines Webinar

January 30 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

| Free

On January 30th, learn about SEPTA’s Transit Oriented Communities program. The Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) program supports the communities SEPTA serves as a part of its efforts to deliver a seamless lifestyle transit network. Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) support complementary land use, zoning, development and multi-modal access to SEPTA’s services.

SEPTA’s Transit Oriented Communities Guidelines lay out TOC Program goals and strategies, station and corridor typologies, and the program’s implementation framework. The guidelines respond to existing interest for SEPTA to participate in TOC planning, policy, and zoning work, review proposed developments, and consider the development of our properties. The guidelines also reinforce major SEPTA capital investments by encouraging partnerships that further transit-supportive land use and development.

SEPTA’s TOC program enables SEPTA to be a joint development partner on agency-owned land, a regional stakeholder, and an advocate for transit-supportive development.
