Representative Quinn is hosting this FREE event to introduce seniors, age 65 and older, to SEPTA’s new and modern fare payment and collection system called the “SEPTA KEY”. A SEPTA representative will be available onsite to assist Seniors with their applications and their new photo ID card. “SEPTA KEY” will continue to allow seniors to ride FREE on all SEPTA Transit Services and pay only $1.00 on all Regional Rail fares within the State of Pennsylvania.
