PennDOT District 6 says that repairs are scheduled on the culvert that carries Edison Furlong Road over Pebble Creek in Doylestown and Buckingham townships, Bucks County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction starting Monday, February 13 and going through early March, weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Edison Furlong Road between Pebble Hill Road and Bridle Drive.
Built in 1925, the Edison Furlong Road structure carries approximately 7,074 vehicles per day.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
