The County of Bucks says Bridge No. 49 on Byers Road in Nockamixon Township has re-opened to traffic following a major rehab project. The bridge has been carrying cars over the Beaver Creek since 1912 when it was built. It was taken out of service in April 2021 for repairs and upgrades.
Bridge 49 is one of 114 bridges owned and maintained by the county and its general services division.
