ADA Curb Ramp Installations Scheduled For Bucks County

PennDOT District 6 announced that work with periodic lane closures is scheduled on several state highways in Bucks County beginning Monday, March 6, through early May, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, as part of a project to install ADA curb ramps at several intersections.

The work locations which are weather dependent will be as follows:

  • Radcliffe Street at the Dorrance Street Intersection in Bristol Borough
  • Radcliffe Street between Jefferson Avenue and Lincoln Avenue in Bristol Borough
  • Radcliffe Street at the Market Street Intersection, Bristol Borough
  • State Road at the Street Road Intersection in Bensalem Township
  • Brown Avenue at the Route 513 (Hulmeville Road) Intersection in Bensalem Township
  • Brown Avenue at the Par Avenue Intersection in Bensalem Township
  • Dunks Ferry Road at the Knights Road Intersection in Bensalem Township
  • Dunks Ferry Road at the Mechanicsville Road Intersection in Bensalem Township
  • Route 513 (Hulmeville Road) at the Route 513 (Bellevue Avenue) Intersection in Hulmeville Borough
  • Business U.S. 1 (Lincoln Highway) and the Durham Road Intersection in Penndel Borough
  • Business U.S. 1 (Lincoln Highway) and the Glen Avenue Intersection in Penndel Borough
  • Business U.S. 1 (Lincoln Highway) between the Highland Park Way loops in Middletown Township

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups may occur.
