The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that Swamp Road is scheduled to close between Route 232 (2nd Street Pike) and Worthington Mill Road in Wrightstown Township, Bucks County, on Monday, June 1 and Tuesday, June 2 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for the replacement of a deteriorated drainage pipe.
During this operation, Swamp Road motorists will be detoured over Route 232 (2nd Street Pike), Route 413 (Durham Road) and Worthington Mill Road.
Motorists are advised to allow more time for travel because slowdowns will occur. The operations is dependent on the weather.
