PennDOT says nighttime lane restrictions are scheduled in both directions on Route 132 (Street Road) between Mechanicsville Road and Route 513 (Hulmeville Road) in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, on Monday, October 2, through Friday, October 6, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM for milling and paving operations.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work zone because slowdowns will occur during construction. The contractor’s schedule is dependent on the weather.
Under this improvement project, PennDOT is milling the existing roadway surface and repaving the state highways with new asphalt. The new pavement will seal the roadways and provide motorists with a smoother riding surface.
