The purpose of these meetings is to receive input from representatives of affected citizen groups, public agencies, elected officials and interested individuals regarding items included in the plan prior to the tariff and public hearing process. Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend one of the two open house sessions on Tuesday, February 27.

The Annual Service Plan is a one-year plan that identifies new transit services or significant changes to existing services for the following fiscal year. The FY 2019 Annual Service Plan process began last August with SEPTA inviting the public to submit proposals for consideration. Submissions were received in accordance with SEPTA’s Service Standards and Process guidelines, and have been or are presently being evaluated through the Comparative Evaluation Process. Implementation of recommended projects will proceed pending the outcome of the public hearing process, SEPTA Board approval, and available funding.
