Members who have renewed their TMA Bucks memberships or mailed other payments since mid-March may notice that the check has yet to clear their accounts. Our office building was closed to the public in mid-March because of COVID-19.
Arrangements for mail forwarding were put in place, but the US Postal Service has not been forwarding mail with regularity, meaning that most of our incoming mail since March has yet to be delivered. We expect to return to our office very soon and hope that we receive all of this delayed mail then.
