The entire TMA Bucks organization is saddened to learn of the passing of former board member Shirley Hart.
Shirley was an original member of our Board of Directors, served as Secretary of the Board and was a tireless advocate for transportation in Bucks County.
Shirley Richmond Hart was born in Boston on Feb. 25, 1926, and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. She died at Pennswood Village in Newtown, PA on Saturday, Dec. 24, 2016.
