Executive Director Memo Regarding TMA Bucks And COVID-19

TMA News | March 12th, 2020

MEMORANDUM

To: TMA Bucks Board Members & Stakeholders
From: Steve Noll, Executive Director
Re: Coronavirus

March 12, 2020

The health and safety of all TMA Bucks members, partners, and staff has always been and will always be my top priority in the operation of TMA Bucks. With this in mind, please review the following with regard to TMA Bucks and the COVID-19 situation:

As of the date of this memo, I intend to hold the March 24th breakfast event as scheduled. If changes in circumstances require that the event be postponed, this will be clearly communicated. Furthermore, anyone registered to attend this event whose organization has instituted a ban on attending group events should contact us to receive a refund or a credit toward attendance at a future event. Please monitor our Twitter feed (@tmabucks) or our website (www.tmabucks.com) for any updates.

No specific changes to TMA Bucks policy and procedures have been implemented as of today. Staff members are advised to exercise all due care and discretion in determining attendance at events and meetings and will not be penalized for reasonably exercising such care and discretion.

TMA Bucks has long been equipped in a manner that allows virtually all of its business to be conducted remotely. Any staff member who feels ill should choose to work remotely or utilize sick leave, but in no case should the employee come to the office until the illness has passed. All staff should be prepared to work from home without advance notice if an office closure is required.

I ask anyone who is feeling ill or has returned from international travel in the past two weeks to not visit the TMA Bucks office. The staff and our families thank you!

As always, please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns at 215-244-9082 x 18 or steve@bctma.com.

All the best,

Steve
