SEPTA has announced all Regional Rail lines will begin operating an “Essential Service Schedule” that will begin Sunday, March 29, 2020. This follows previous Regional Rail schedule adjustments implemented earlier that aimed at providing essential service during the COVID-19 crisis.
Based on sharp ridership reductions of 94 percent on Regional Rail, the Essential Service Schedule will allow SEPTA to continue to provide service for those who need to travel. It also allows SEPTA to follow stepped-up cleaning protocols aimed at providing a safe and healthy environment for customers and employees.
This schedule will operate seven days a week and timetables can be viewed HERE.
